Jacob Yake

Thanks for visiting the website for Grand Mound Construction. I started GMC toward the end of 2020 in Grand Mound, WA and haven't looked back since. After years of working for others it was time to make the move to doing something on my own. I started in the construction industry with framing back in 1998 and eventually started working on site developments a few years later. This company is meant to represent all that I have learned along the way and what I value the most - integrity, honesty, craftsmanship, and professionalism. It is my hope that every customer of Grand Mound Construction feels as though we've delivered on these values.

I'm married to a beautiful woman Samantha and she has been my biggest advocate and my rock during this adventure. We have four awesome kids (Brody, Johanna, Charlie, and Jaxon) and live in Kittitas County, WA.
